The following item is a very nice CSA camp axe that was dug near the Widow Tapp Farm on the Wilderness Battlefield(private property). The Widow Tapp Farm was General Robert E. Lee's Headquarters during the battle. This camp axe was dug very near this area. It is solid in all aspects and has been cleaned and coated for preservation. This speciman is as clean and complete as they get. It would make a nice addition to a Civil War Camp display. Comes in a riker case for display.
